This problem not only impedes the realization of common prosperity goals, but also becomes a giant obstacle in the process of building a socialist harmonious society. The injustice of distribution of residents’ income exists in different industries, regions. The reasons for unfair distribution of residents’ income are profound, In order to reverse this phenomenon, we have to take the following measures:To further improve the level of economic development, we must adjust the industrial structure; reform the household registration system; change the existing urban-rural dual management model; break the monopoly of the industry; improve the social security system; further improve the system of tax laws,make sound market laws and regulations, strictly implement "labor Contract Law" and protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
