The Research Of Forestry Technology Demands And Service Strategies Of Mountain Farmers

Forestry is an important part of the national economy, and China’s forestry has been developed rapidly and gradually, which is changed from traditional forestry to modern forestry.Scientific and technological progress is the fundamental way to develop forestry while the demand for science and technology is the driving force behind the development of forestry. People pay more attention to agriculture and industry in the mountains forestry development support is insufficient, lacking of staying power, in the long run not only forestry can not get due development, but also will lead to agricultural, industrial and other development to become a river without water, a tree without roots and the consequences could be disastrous. The paper, based on the economics of supply and demand theory,is circled on the specific circumstances of planting camellia oleifera in Chang’an Town Mountain,Jixi, Xuancheng,Anhui, reflecting the current status of scientific and technological needs,in order to analyze the farmers’demand and supply for technology.Firstly, this paper has analyzed status and characteristics of the needs of forestry science in mountains from four aspects:the willingness of planting camellia oleifera,the required technical training in different regions, the demand conditions of technical support provided by the government, the satisfaction with the provision of technical condition by the government. Then it focuses on analysis of factors of the impact of needs of forestry science and technology for mountain farmers involving the farmer’s own characteristics, scale of operation, subjective feelings and needs and service.To identify the factors of the impact of mountain farmers’forestry demand, it used EVIEWS software and statistical analysis methods and established correlation model, and concluded that these four factors through a test of significance are the main factors which affect farmers’scientific and technological needs:farmers’age, physical health status, acreage and the satisfaction with camellia oleifera technical conditions provided by the government.Then it analyzed the supply for mountainous forestry science and technology, construction of forestry science and technology promotion system, the role of agencies of promoted forestry science and technology as well as the promotion model of Camellia oleifera, the main supply of forestry science and technology, the contradiction of demand and supply of forestry science and technology, and look Forestry Science and Technology supplied the existence of many problems and looked out problems existed. Finally, in a word, if we want to solve the contradiction of forestry demand and supply of the mountain farmers, firstly we must build the expression mechanism of scientific and technological needs,secondly play to the basic role of the forestry station and appoint experts visit the guide, once again to mobilize the enthusiasm of farmers, plus large funding, and finally to establish a training system for farmers, improve the comprehensive quality of farmers.
