After entering the new century, the enterprise environment changes and it makessocial economic life undergo tremendous change. Each enterprise will be subject to impactand influence of this revolution, it must be able to adapt to changes of internal and externalconditions and keep theefficiency and flexibility of enterprises to enable enterprises toremain invincible in the market competition when faces the change of the internal andexternal conditions. Therefore, the implementation of the organizational structure of theenterprise innovation is an inevitable trend, in order to enable organizations to competitorswith their peers.The organizational structure is a fundamental condition and foundation foran enterprise’s survival and development and the achievement of strategic goals corporatethrough the organizational structure, it is reasonable or not will determine the fate of theenterprise.Senior business leaders and managers should be aware of the organizationalinnovation and the importance of development of an enterprise, must take measures toadapt the organization to implement innovative changes in internal and externalenvironment.This article mainly researches the organization structure innovation theory abouthome and abroad and analyzes the organization structure innovation motivation and hinderfactors, designs a suitable for enterprise’s organization structure and takes effectivemeasures to achieve organizational innovation. Then, it establishes the comprehensiveevaluation index system, uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of innovation ofthe organization structure to carry on the comprehensive evaluation to determine itsrationality. The end of this article combines the theory with practice, studys of R companyorganization structure and analyzes the problems existing in the development process,designs to fit the development of R company organization structure model, and theinnovation after the effectiveness of the organizational structure to carry on thecomprehensive evaluation. Through the company’s organizational structure R innovativeresearch, we hope to contribute to the development of the company.This design can be thesame type of study organizational structure to provide meaningful innovation as reference.
