Evaluation Research On The Innovation Impetus Of Innovation Enterprises In Liaoning Province

With the rapid international economic development, enterprises play the increasinglyimportant roll in the international economic competition because they were the main partof the whole economic developing process. As the arrival of the age of knowledge-basedand information-based economy, the competition between enterprises now does evolve tobe the competition of innovation capability. A batch of innovative enterprises came intobeing by the historic moment as they all own the advanced production managementtechnology, independent intellectual property rights, good enterprise culture and industryproduction standard. How to maintain the innovation power for a long time become thevery important issue which is related to the sustainable development of the enterprise.But most of the present researches on innovation enterprises still focus on theinnovation capability. It always has been lack of the research on the enterprise innovationimpetus and evaluation system. Many international well-known innovative enterprisecases show that: in order to realize the sustaining innovation, exploring the power ofenterprise continuous innovation is the key to success. So, the research on enterpriseinnovation impetus has the certain directive significance for most of the domesticenterprises which were just started their innovative activities.Basis on the research of the theories innovation impetus and innovation evaluatesystem, this paper do research on the following content which focus on the innovativeenterprises in Liaoning province:First, this paper introduces the basic theory of innovation dynamic evaluation index,innovate dynamic evaluation methods and present domestic and foreign researchsituation. This provides the theoretical basis for the dynamic evaluation model ofinnovation impetus.Second, the paper analysis the factors of evaluation system of sustainable innovationimpetus in accordance with the basic principles of establishing the enterprise evaluationsystem. Then finally this paper establishes the evaluation system model of innovationimpetus.Thirdly, this paper frames innovative enterprises innovation impetus evaluationmodel with PCA(principal component analysis).Fourth, the paper uses innovative enterprises innovation impetus sustainableinnovation evaluation model to do research which bases on the report of innovativeenterprises in Liaoning province，then offers solutions for the development of theseenterprises.
