Study On Reationship Between Outsourcing Intensity,Entrepreneurial Orientation And Performance

In recent years, outsourcing has gradually become the of enterprises to expand business, maintain core competitiveness strategic management model,and favored by more and more enterprises, but for this double-edged sword of the outsourcing theory research has not developed as fast as the increasing of outsourcing activities in recent years, it also creates some enterprises blindly outsourcing and outsourcing rely on too much, not only can reduce the performance of the enterprise, but also is likely to make the enterprise fall into the predicament of the unable to extricate themselves.In this paper,using the mental models of making the strategy of outsourcing by entrepreneur as the breakthrough point, to discuss the influence mechanism in the outsourcing process by the entrepreneurial orientation.Through theoretical derivation, put forward the relational model that entrepreneurial orientation take regulating role between the outsourcing intensity and enterprise performance.Application of structural equation model based on partial least squares and case combination of empirical research, the research results:outsourcing intensity and entrepreneurial orientation can significantly improve the business performance; Entrepreneurial orientation in outsourcing and performance relationship has played a positive regulatory role; Entrepreneurial orientation of three dimensions in outsourcing and performance relationship has played a positive regulatory role.Finally,combining with the reality, puts forward the development direction of enterprise outsourcing services as well as some Suggestions to the enterprise.
