Since the1980s of last century, the world economy has been gradually transforming from industrial economy to knowledge economy, especially in the21st century, knowledge is becoming more and more important, which is treated as the strategic resource of enterprises. In the era of knowledge economy, enterprise’s knowledge management capability, namely the ability to integrate and coordinate knowledge, including knowledge acquisition, conversion, application, protection, innovation, and sharing capabilities, is the key of nurturing and sustaining enterprise’s core competitive advantage. As the carrier of knowledge, employees’ stock of knowledge is the foundamental source of organizational knowledge, facing the situation of more and more frequent employee turnover, how to transfer employees’ individual knowledge into organizational integral knowledge, namely personal knowledge being organized, is of great importance to enterprises’ knowledge management and human resource management practice. Not only because individuals can not be separated from knowledge, especially tacit knowledge, but also due to the characteristics of knowledge, knowledge transfer activities within the organization always occur in specific knowledge network, and the structure characteristics of knowledge network influence the level, efficiency, and scope of knowledge transfer. Therefore, from the perpective of enterprises inward knowledge network’s structure characteristics, studying its’ promotional effect on personal knowledge being organized has important theoretical and practical significance.By sorting and summarizing related theories, and referring to existing research results, this paper constructs a conceptual model and puts forward hypothesises, then analyzes the empirical survey data by SPSS20.0and AMOS7.0software, verify and correct the initial model, and finally draws the following conclusions:(1) knowledge network’s structure characteristics of node dimension have significant direct positive influence on easiness of personal knowledge being organized, but there is no significant direct positive influence on effect of personal knowledge being organized;(2) knowledge network’s structure characteristics of jointing dimension have significant direct positive influence on both easiness and effect of personal knowledge being organized;(3) knowledge network’s structure characteristics of entirety dimension have significant direct positive influence on both easiness and effect of personal knowledge being organized;(4) easiness of personal knowledge being organized not only has direct positive impact on effect of personal knowledge being organized, but also has significant intermediate influence on node dimension, jointing dimension and entirety dimension structure characteristics. Based on the above research conclusions, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote personal knowledge being organized, and raises prospect for future research.
