Along with knowledge economy approaching and the whole world economic integration acceleration,the challenge of globalization and open economy has created an acute need for personal knowledge organization to strengthen the construction of learning-driven enterprise as well as to stay competitive.As is known to all,competition among enterprises mostly appears their competition for human resource with the development of the knowledge economy.Talents as the knowledge carrier are the most valuable social resource,their knowledge also act as key chain which learning-driven enterprises rely on to exist and develop.Therefore,the management and development decide the personal knowledge knowledge organized performance.Inspiring and making full use of the potential of the innovation staff is the key issue in the personnel management and better construction of learning-driven enterprise.As the practitioners of small and medium-sized enterprises,effective senior executive team has important role based on which will be more cognitive and objective basis of liberalism on staff and environment.The cognitive structure and process of senior manage team will be influenced by different factors,which will also affect the further development of enterprise.Based on the study,there is a strong relationship between cognitive of senior managers,wiliness of personal knowledge being organized and knowledge organized performance.This article combines research achievements of concept and influence mechanism between them.Besides,senior wiliness of personal knowledge being organized is a mediator variable which will mediate the relationship between cognitive of senior managers and knowledge organized performance.Through theoretical and empirical study,the functions have been modified several times to make sure that they are accurate.On the basis of the research,we have reached the following conclusion:(1)The cognitive of senior managers has positive influence on knowledge knowledge organized performance.(2)The cognitive of senior manages has positive influence on wiliness of personal knowledge being organized.(3)The cognitive of senior managers has not only direct impact on knowledge knowledge organized performance,but indirect influences on it by affecting wiliness of personal knowledge being organized.
