In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become a strategic resource concerning enterprises’ survival and development. However, the high turnover rate of knowledge worker has posed a great threat to enterprises’ competitive edge. Therefore, how to transfer personal knowledge to organization effectively has get enterprises’great attention. On the other hand, group is the basic unit of knowledge activities, the knowledge transfer process within an organization is inevitably influenced by formal and informal groups. The existing researches have deeply explored the influence of formal groups or informal groups on knowledge transfer, but it is rare that a research is done from the perspective of group interaction. Meanwhile, according to the existing researches, organizational learning is the basic way to obtain knowledge and abilities. And trust has also been viewed as a precondition and a critical matter when it comes to knowledge sharing. So it is of great significance to study the relationship between groups and personal knowledge from the perspective of organization emotional trust and organizational learning.Based on massive literature review, this paper puts forward the concept of group interaction, which is composed by human interaction and knowledge interaction. And organization emotional trust and organizational learning are introduced to construct a conceptual model. Meanwhile, hypothesizes are also proposed. Then, the sample data collected by the means of massive questionnaire survey is analyzed by SPSS18.0and Amos18.0. Finally, by verifying the conceptual model and hypothesizes, the paper comes up with the following conclusions:(1) Both organization emotional trust and organizational learning have a positive impact on the effect of personal knowledge being organized.(2) Human interaction has a positive impact on organization emotional trust and organizational learning, while it only has an indirect influence on the effect of personal knowledge being organized through organization emotional trust and organizational learning.(3) Knowledge interaction has a direct influence on the effect of personal knowledge being organized, and it also has an indirect influence on the effect of personal knowledge being organized through organizational learning.
