A Research On The Marketing Strategy Of XX Cogeneration Enterprise

Nowadays, with the global financial crisis, people begin to rationally think of the disadvantage coming with the rapid growth of the society, and the disorder between human activities and the nature, especially problems in the developing countries such as environment destroy and resource abuse. In China, the government promotes the energy-saving and emission-reduction project greatly to reduce the resource consumption. Under the support of mechanical industry and the electrical automation, the energy-saving industry booming throughout the country and become a new industry.In this paper, under the direction of the theory of sales and marketing, we analyze the XX cogeneration enterprise’s sales strategy in many aspects, such as its advantages, potentials, and existing problems.. At first, we give a brief introduction of this company and analyze its internal and external environment. Secondly, we study on its sales strategy and discuss why the strategy be chosen, then we segment the strategy on the basis of traditional marketing. At the same time, we lead brand marketing, network marketing, relation marketing into the original strategy, and make the strategy matching the present marketing competition. Finally, we propose the strategy execution plan and effective controlling measures.This paper aiming to help energy-saving companies to get rid of difficulties in sales and marketing, push the energy-saving technology development, and extend energy-saving and emission-reduction project in China. In long-term perspective, scientific strategy also could promote our energy-saving scheme transform from planning economic style to marketing economic style.
