Huayuan Co., Ltd. should build the competence chain and industry chain as well as expanding international market to develop its waste heat power generation service.Finally a guarantee system should be built, including optimizing organization mechanismand institutional system, constructing characteristic culture and shaping the service brand.This paper indicate the market opportunity of Huayuan Co., Ltd.
