Managerial Communication is very important on improving organization efficiency and insuring orderly running of the organization. Today’s society, the globalization competition is intensifying. The organization members of different cultures, different levels of education, different ways of thinking, different habits are more and more complex. Faced with this situation, Managerial Communication as an approach to exchange of information, to solve the problem, to solve contradiction, to appease conflict plays a more and more important part in the company.This thesis takes the D company as the research object. After looking up a large number of relevant literatures both at home and abroad the author understands much managerial communication theory and the basis of research results. On this basis, a questionnaire was designed to understand the status of managerial communication. Through statistics and analysis of the survey results, the D company’s management communication present situation is described. Five aspects of management communication problems in D company have been found such as lack of managerial communication strategic target and planning, lack of communication with employees when making decisions, lack of effective communication mechanism, lack of communication skills for Managers. Furthermore, the author studied the culture factors, organization structure factors, human factors on the impact of these problems. Based on analysis of the reason, several measures are proposed through the literature methodology and comparative methodology. In the process of countermeasure research, the author uses the communication theory of Mayo, Peters and so on. Five aspects of measures include formulating the strategic goal of communication, training democratic and open communication culture, establishing perfect communication system, adopting flexible and effective way to communicate and improving communication skills.From a practical point of view, this research puts forward a series of countermeasures to solve the problem of D company. It’s important to improve the foundation and the efficiency of the management. It is useful to improve the enthusiasm and creativity of organization members. It is beneficial to improve and perfect the corporate culture. It also can make the organization more cohesive. At the same time, the countermeasures can improve the managers’decision-making ability and executive ability.
