In contemporary society, the high-speed economic development enables the transmission of information more convenient and rapid. Under this background, the development situation for enterprises becomes increasingly strict and the pressure of competition increases day by day. In order to make the enterprise get through the siege and forcefully challenge competitions home and abroad, the development and powerfulness of an enterprise must rely on the transmission of powerful information inside and outside it.During the management process, the planning, organizing, leading, and controlling processes of an enterprise cannot be separated from communication. The levels of communication will directly influence its interior management and the expansion of its exterior markets. For the electrical enterprises of primary industry, the smooth communication within the enterprise will impose direct influence on the level, quality, and customer satisfaction of services provided for customers. By consulting enormous references and books and learning about papers and journals on managerial communication at home, this paper combines the actual management of M enterprise to find out problems existing in the managerial communication in the enterprise M and analyzes reasons of their existence by such methods questionnaire survey and pertinent interviews etc. This paper analyzes and proposes measures and methods to improve managerial communications incorporating the managerial communication situations in state-owned large-and-medium-sized enterprises and the general development situation of electrical enterprises. These measures include:strengthening the training of managerial communication in enterprises, enhancing its construction of communication culture, expanding its communication channels, relying on information zed means, fostering and building objective and fair personnel employment and leader assessment mechanisms, and guaranteeing the smoothness of the communication. By doing these, standardized and scientific internal management within an enterprise will finally be achieved in order to provide safe, reliable, excellent, and high-efficient electrical products and services for customers and strive to actively practicing the commission of assuming social responsibilities.
