Effective cross-departmental communication can create a good working atmosphere,improve the organizational efficiency,form an excellent team and pass on it.But in practice,there are many factors that can influence the cross-departmental communication.Based on the analysis of communication disorders and relevant literature review of factors influencing the cross-departmental communication,it is found that the factors such as the organizational culture and the design of organizational structure are all related to whether the communication is smooth or not.There are not many empirical studies related to organizational management communication in the existing research results,they are little focused on Organizational communication management,but more focused on Performance and compensation management.Taking S Company as an example,this study tried to focus on organize cross-sect oral communication problems that often occur in the small and middle enterprise management model from a cross-level perspective by using "case study method" and " questionnaire method".By analyzing and summarizing the related factors that affect the inter-departmental communication from the organizational level,departmental level and,the article proposes to implement the innovation management of the organization,establish an objective and fair performance evaluation system,and create positive corporate culture and other relevant suggestions for reference.
