Research On The Managerial Communication Issues And Corresponding Countermeasures Of TKR Company

TKR company is a Sino-US joint venture high-tech manufacturing company. In recent years, it has delivered a lot of high-tech new products. But due to many kinds of waste in manpower, material, financial resources and the most expensive one—time, TKR company didn’t reach its target in winning profit. All those wastes have countless ties with managerial communication problems. Good managerial communication can facilitate the operation of a company; at the same time, poor managerial communication can decrease production efficiency.With TKR company as the study object, this paper has analyzed its managerial communication condition using documents analysis method, SWOT analysis method, questionnaire method, observational method and interviewing method. The study shows that TKR company has issues in internal communication, external communication and cross-cultural communication. According to the external environment, industry developing trend, competition condition and internal resources of TKR company, with the comprehensive guidance of the hierarchy of needs of A.H.Maslow, employee satisfaction and work satisfaction theory, employee involvement theory and cross-cultural managerial communication theory, the paper proposes that TKR company to cultivate company atmosphere that promoting managerial communication, to reinforce managerial communication training and to establish managerial communication feedback system etc. to improve the production efficiency and profitability of TKR company. The paper also provided risk control methods and supporting measures from organizational and systematic perspective for the execution of communication problem solving plan for the managerial communication of TKR company.The proposed plan can not only help TKR company in resolving the managerial communication issues it has encountered but also provide some guidance for the other companies.
