With the Medical Device quality and safety problems have gradually become an important part of public safety. As an important part of government functions, medical device supervision becomes the index merits of the important indicators of government work. Whether effective performance management with science and promoting Equipments supervision, can ensure the people’s drug use security, improve government regulatory efficiency and social image promote social harmony and stability which make a very important significance to development.In this thesis, M City Medical Device supervision of performance management as the research object, through access to information on the actual situation of literature and research, the use of performance management theories, learn from foreign advanced experience, from the M City Medical Device Supervision basic situation, the target strategy, main tasks and performance management status quo of a detailed analysis of M City Medical Device monitoring performance management problems. Performance management unilaterally limited its assessment of the current session, select a single assessment body and lack of professionalism, scientific evaluation index system, the lack of practical application of the results assessment role on issues such as in-depth discussions and propose appropriate measures for improvement.Improvements from the build system performance management process to start, focus on the M City Medical Device Regulatory Improvement job performance indicators-through the use of the Balanced Scorecard method to establish organizational objectives associated with the full range of assessment indicators, the use of KPI and benchmarking method approach, the indicators and assessment criteria to determine the proportion, has indicators compare one indicator consists of10turns four, two indicators from the38into15, three indicator consists of79turns31item veto indicator consists of six becomes a key indicator consists of0turns seven, making a comprehensive performance indicators, core, focused. Meanwhile, according to the standard selection of indicators and evaluation methods to adapt and strengthen the application of improved examination results, making performance management can really promote the improvement of the performance of organizations and individuals to ensure that the final realization of organizational goals.Conclusions of this study from various angles Medical Device regulatory work at the grassroots level performance management puts forward some suggestions for promoting supervision, improve the effectiveness of supervision. to ensure that people with armed security agents, and comprehensively promote the Medical Device regulatory goals of the organization has a certain reference value.
