Compensation management is one of the core content of human resource management, an important management tool is not only the enterprise human resource management system, the primary factor in attracting skilled workforce and talent but also to enterprises, more enterprises to cultivate people, inspire people, retain people’s success or failure.In recent years, the enterprise management mechanism in the gradual transformation, more and more modern enterprise management and salary management level. Especially the F financial consulting company such as private or private enterprises, to handle the relationship between the profit of enterprise efficiency and employee income distribution, is a big problem in the current must be solved. In this paper, the design of financial consulting company compensation system as the research object, through the investigation and study of actual enterprise salary management mode, operation mechanism and so on, the current compensation system to enterprise, find out the problems of compensation system, the compensation management theory, optimal design. At the same time, according to the current situation of financial consulting company F system and problems, combined with the modern salary management theory, re design and optimization of the existing salary system. In the optimization design, with the help of the contemporary domestic and foreign relative maturity of the salary management theory and related theories.
