The Research On The Development Situation Of Rural Specialized Cooperative In Daiyue District

Rural specialized cooperative as the connect organizational platform of the "small farmers" and "big market", was developed very rapidly and gained very remarkable success in last few years. However, due to the short development time, there are many problems in the development of the rural specialized cooperative, such as relatively small size, responsible person to be cadre, and capital centralization, et al, which seriously influence the development and growth of rural specialized cooperative in our country.In this research, we take Tai’an Daiyue District as the research site. In the base of a wide range of empirical analysis, we analysis the current situation of the rural specialized cooperative in Daiyue District, further analysis the existing problems and constraints of the current rural specialized cooperative, and provide some targeted and workable countermeasures and suggestion for the sustainable development of the rural specialized cooperatives in Daiyue District.In the first chapter of introduction, we mainly introduce the background, the purpose and significance, the domestic and foreign research progress, the methods and ideas, the feasibility, the characteristics and innovation of this research.In the second chapter, we introduce the related concepts and theories of the rural specialized cooperative, including the connotation of the rural specialized cooperative, the positive role of the rural specialized cooperative to the agricultural development in China, and related theory of the rural specialized cooperative.In the third chapter, we mainly introduce the present situation and the existing problems of the rural specialized cooperative, including the agricultural general situation, the development history of the rural specialized cooperative, the present situation of the rural specialized cooperative (the overall development situation, members, funding, organization structure and business scope of the rural specialized cooperative), the development characteristic, main way and effect of the rural specialized cooperative in Daiyue District, and finally we analyse the existing problems of the rural specialized cooperative in Daiyue District.In the fourth chapter, in the view of the above questions, we discuss the healthy and sustained development countermeasure of the rural specialized cooperative in Daiyue District. These countermeasures include perfect laws and regulations, reasonably guide the cooperatives construction, formation a policy force for the promoting the cooperation to be bigger and stronger, establish and perfect the supervision system to fully guarantee the interests of the general membership, create a good atmosphere for the development of cooperatives, solve the capital problem, accelerate the construction of the cooperative talent team, and cogently optimize the policy environment.
