Current Situation And Analysis Of Rural Tourism Development In Qingxin District

The Qingxin district is located in the northwest of Guangdong province and the middle and lower reaches of Beijiang River.It is attached to the Qingyuan city of Guangdong Province,and is the transition zone between the Pearl River Delta and the mountainous area of northern Guangdong province.Fresh area has the advantages of natural resources,the rural tourism has been richly endowed by nature,as an important industry,but the development of fresh area of rural tourism lack of scientific planning,the required professional technical and management personnel;rural tourism exists management confusion,poor facilities and a series of problems,backward management level of rural tourism also restricting the rapid development of the local economy.Therefore,it is a major challenge to promote the rapid development of rural tourism industry,to enhance the influence of rural tourism economy and to promote the brand development of rural tourism.In this paper,through the analysis of the status of the fresh area of rural tourism development,the use of SWOT analysis,based on the advantages and disadvantages found in fresh area of rural tourism development,with the current development trend at home and abroad and successful experience,to find suitable for future rural tourism better fresh area development direction,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.Results are as follow:(1)The number of domestic and foreign tourists and the total income of tourism have increased year by year from 2012-2015,and the situation has shown a good trend.Among them,the number of visitors at home and abroad and the total tourism revenue have increased by 12.23% and 26.78% respectively.In 2015,the per capita net income of rural residents in Qingxin district was 11973 yuan,an increase of 9.86%.The source of rural tourism is 72% from the Pearl River Delta region,and the number of tourists in other provinces,Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan and other provinces in the distance is relatively small.(2)The rural tourism in Qingxin district have some problems: the planning of rural tourism project is not strong;the overall quality of rural tourism practitioners is low;the regulatory mechanism is not perfect;the scale of development is small;the reception capacity is not strong.(3)Through the SWOT analysis of Qingxin district of rural tourism and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the current situation and problems on: the development of regional tourism planning science;strengthening scientific and technical personnel and improve the quality of tour guides: through many periods of training and sharing,the development of more professional and technical personnel;strengthen the infrastructure construction of rural tourism tourism brand;star products to create regional characteristics;to further promote the development of rural tourism industry;improve the content of science and technology;increase the preferential policy support and capital investment.Through the analysis of rural tourism development situation of Qingxin district,points out the existing problems,and learn from the developed countries rural tourism development experience,so as to provide protection to improve and promote the development of the fresh area of rural tourism,rural tourism industry in order to build with fresh characteristics,accelerate the development of a Qingxin district of rural tourism economy.
