In recent years, Chinese Auto industry had grown in blowout demand, but now the demand become smooth. The sales of Chinese Auto market has already become the third of the world. They closed the gap between advanced Auto industry countries and themselves bit by bit. But it is a long way to be the advanced Auto industry country in the world. We need to find a way to improve the mechanism of the management, to enhance the process of the Auto supply chain, and the performance of the supply chain. So we decide to study the performance of the Auto industry, to find the weakness of the supply chain, and solve them.Under these background, we analysis the comparative advantage of the advanced countries.By analyzing the works of the performance of the Auto industry, we seek a way to promote the Chinese Auto industry supply chain.By the latest development of fuzzy theory, we set the evaluation model by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to value. Several parts has been contain, including management, service, finance, R&D, products. We set the weight by Delphi method, get the dates from the factory, and present a normaliaztion to deal with the dates. At last, by we can multiply the new dates and the weight to get the result.Through the result, we can fine the weakness by comparing the scores of each part. After the Improvement we can make better.We will be in the first class of the Auto industry.
