Study Entrepreneurship In Mountainous Western Migrant Workers Returning Home

In the21stcentury, as labor intensive industries move rapidly from developed pearl riverdelta region to north-west of Guangdong, and the improvement of the better developedcondition and better environment in the north-west of Guangdong, a rising groups of dynamicmigrant workers are going back to their towns and starting their undertaking. Facing to theseincreasing numbers of returned migrant workers, it is particular urgent to find out the effectiveway to help them starting their business, and to promote synchronous development ofindustrialization, informatization, urbanization, and modern agriculture.This article is basing on the Guangdong economic development background duringtransition period, trying to use the push-pull theory of population transfer and the theory ofsocial mobility to analyze why migrant workers start their undertaking by returninghometown and the problems that will be involved. It is also basing on the previous studies todescribe the important era of these returned migrant workers. in selecting typical region—Dianbai county Shalang town, stratified sampling method is applied to select the specimensand respondents. Firsthand information is collected by questionnaire survey and field research.And then, SWOT method is applied to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities,and challenges of the entrepreneurial processes that the returned migrant workers have. Also,the relevant principle of neural network theory is applied particularly to establish evaluablemodel of the quality level of returning pioneers. Finally, some relevant statistical software isapplied to obtain the results of the relationship between successful and quality level.At last, this article is referencing the theoretical results about the migrant workerentrepreneurship research from relevant domestic researchers. According to this, how tofurther improve the quality of migrant workers, promote their entrepreneurship development,there are some countermeasures and suggestions for four fields, which are manufacturers,collectives, governments and society, are giving from the combination of macro perspectiveand micro perspective. Therefore, these are providing theoretical foundations for decisionmaking department of all levels at Guangdong region to draw up and implement relevantpolicy for the returned migrant worker in starting their undertaking.
