The Research On The Problem Of Migrant-Workers Back To Erling,Danyang Undertaking A Business

The key to build a well-off society and realize the socialist modernization is the "three agriculture problems," in China,and it is also a major strategic issue our party and nation always focused on,solving "three agriculture problems" appropriately is the most important work of our party all the time.The core problem of "three agriculture problems" is farmers and the core problem of farmers is earnings.With the times changing,as the land becoming less,farmers can gain from the land reducing,the happening phenomenon of farmers dropping agricultural production.Labor force transfers to the economically developed regions,a large number of farmers becoming migrant workers,they accumulating properties outside,studying advanced technology and managerial experience,continuously improving own quality.But since the international economic crisis,a large number of national enterprises have been impacted,especially some manufacturing industries that have low ability to resist risks and that are labor-intensive.Lots of migrant workers faced losing their jobs.In this underground,it's an available approach that migrant workers go back to their hometown making a business to increase their revenue and to solve farmers employment.Migrant workers back to hometown making their business injected new vitality for the development of rural economic,promoting more local migrant workers'employment,changing the mode of work of migrant workers from their homes,and became a significant power to promote new countryside construction and urbanization.In this paper,according to the study of migrant workers entrepreneurship at home and abroad for reference,many migrant workers forced to return home under downward pressure as the background,related to the domestic existing migrant entrepreneurship as the breakthrough point,through the definition of related concept of off-farm workers,from the research on migrant workers entrepreneurship in Danyang Jiangsu,analyze the reason for off-farm back home making a business to increase their revenue and to realize their dreams.Basic characteristics of this phenomenon are low initial investment,small size,individual business and families to manufacturing as the main business model.This paper concludes the significance of some characteristics of typical models of off-farm entrepreneurship,pointing out that off-farm workers have obtained satisfactory results and broad prospects for development,for off-farm workers in the process of problem to be solved,from the aspects of practice implementation of government policies and workers themselves proposing to solve off-farm entrepreneurship.In order to research the uniqueness of returning business migrants in Erling,mainly make Danyang Erling as an example.By analyzing some typical instances of returning migrant workers,we could offer several proposals for status quo of migrant entrepreneurship in Erling,the influence about domain economy and social development,the problems in the process of entrepreneurship,as well as the present measures,and influence factors of peasant workers' entrepreneurship to perfect the policy of Erling migrant entrepreneurship.
