Under The New Urbanization:the Empirical Study And Path Selection Of Urban-rural Integration

Chinese eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of human centered "new urbanization",the integration of urban and rural areas has entered a new stage of development. New urbanization and urban-rural integration is in evitable China social development is the only way which must be passed, the full realization of well-off society, and is also a basic way to solve the "three rural issues". In this paper,the new urbanization under the background of the integration of urban and rural areas in Jiangsu province were studied,the main contents are as follows:The first part introduces the background and significance of the research, domestic and international research on the integration of urban and rural are reviewed, and determines the research content,research frame and the technical route, points out the innovation and deficiency.The second part discusses the two aspects theory of urbanization and urban-rural integration in details. On the one hand, this paper discusses the source, urbanization theories of traditional urbanization and new urbanization systems, introduces the development process of Chinese urbanization. On the other hand, this paper discusses the theoretical system of urban and rural integration, the process including origin, connotation and the integration of urban-rural Jiangsu.The third part is the empirical study about the new urbanization under the integration of urban and rural areas,to establish the index system for measuring integration of urban-rural areas.Index system will be established for horizontal and vertical comparison of the new town of the integration of urban and rural development in Jiangsu province,the measure result of urban-rural integration in Jiang su province was analyzed in detail.The fourth part is based on above research results, using the econometric models to study factors that influencing the development of the integration of urban-rural areas of Jiang su Province, to find the important factors influencing the development of Jiang su urban-rural integration, and provides a basis for the future path of integration of urban and rural areas of Jiangsu province.The fifth part studies the path choice of urban rural integration in Jiangsu Province, the new urbanization, introduces the overall idea, and detailed said Jiangsu must to realize the integration of urban and rural areas from the five path.The last part summarizes the important enlightenment height,a detailed list of the important conclusions of this paper and the development of urban and rural integration in Jiangsu.In the paper,through indepth study on the integration of urban-rural Jiang su, hoping not only to helping build theory development model of integration of urban and rural areas, but also can provide significant suggestions for the future direction of the development of Jiang su urban-rural integration.
