| With the rapid development of the national economy and the increasingly fiercecompetition in the market, people are no longer satisfied with traditional undiversified,standardized products, but turned to the pursuit of more personal, unique products. Thisdemand background makes enterprise products tend to be more diverse. To make anenterprise better survive and develop in the fierce competition, we must consider how toadopt scientific management methods to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and adapt tomore variety, small batch of product demand from customers. These are the problemsand challenges that manufacturing enterprises must face.Lean concept and methods help enterprises to win more market shares incompetition. It only requires half of the man power, material and financial resources ofthat of the traditional mass production methods, but can help companies create the sameprofits while further eliminating waste, creating value and enhancing the corecompetitiveness.Based on lean manufacturing and network planning technique and combined withon-site management at all stages of the development of theoretical knowledge as well asthe study of the author, working area prior management model and the present situationof the company Y are discussed and analyzed and three different optimization schemesare proposed in this paper. Ultimately, a set of optimal solutions are introduced throughquantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluation. To put the schemes into practice,the author also discussed the optimized solution from personnel management, systemmanagement, training management and enterprise culture.Theory and practice of lean production methods and network planning techniqueare combined in this paper, which is an exploration and innovation of the company Y’sprior working area optimization and of great importance for the future work of theauthors and other processes of the enterprise utilizing lean production methods forimprovement. It also has a high application value and significance for other small andmedium-scaled enterprises to promote lean production methods. |
