| The textile industry accounted for8%of our country’s GDP, is an important pillar industry of the national economy development. Textile machinery as textile industrial means of production and material basis, its competitiveness directly related to industrial upgrading transformation. Especially the development of high-end textile machinery has played a key role for the transformation and upgrading of textile industry. At present our country’s textile machinery enterprises still exists "self supporting" phenomenon, this caused the scattered technical force and product homogeneity of repetitive, these seriously affected the competition ability of our country’s textile machinery products. As the key of the supply chain management, the supplier plays an important role in the overall function of the supply chain. So the enterprise can assess the supplier, select the appropriate supplier as its strategic partner, and it is very important for its long-term development. Although at present there are some scholars have established the evaluation criteria of suppliers for textile machinery manufacturing enterprises, but the evaluation index system was old,the pertinence was not strong,and a larger proportion of subjective selection in these methods. So further study of the textile machinery manufacturing enterprises suppliers’ evaluation and selection lack of certain scientific nature and rationality, it can’t provide a theoretical basis for China’s textile machinery enterprises to select suppliers, also can’t conducive to the overall progress and development of China’s textile machinery industry.In view of the above problem, the paper took China’s textile machinery manufacturing enterprises as the research object. It did a detailed research in evaluation and selection for supplier of the textile machinery manufacturing enterprises.Firstly, the paper based on the literature research and investigation, combined with the existing research results, systematically summarized the textile machinery industry and the textile machinery industry supplier characteristics, then carried out a detailed analysis and explanation.Secondly, the paper used literature research and experts visited to develop the questionnaire, used the SPSS software to analysis the reliability and validity of the survey results. Then built a supplier evaluation index system from the level of product competitiveness, corporate environmental, enterprise production, enterprise management, enterprise information, cooperation ability and service for the textile machinery manufacturing enterprises to choose a supplier, and gave a detailed description of each index and membership function.Thirdly, the paper took into account the existing relevant method about the supplier’s evaluation, combined with fuzzy theory and neural network. Through setting the parameters of the network, and carried out trial and error, at last set up the supplier evaluation model based on fuzzy neural network. The model can avoid the human subjectivity and other issues, also has a good learning ability. On the basis of collecting a large number of suppliers related data, by using Matlab software to construct the fuzzy neural network model for the simulation and verification, verified the accuracy and effectiveness of the model.Finally, the paper took a textile machinery enterprise select suppliers as a case study, used the fuzzy neural network model for research, the results shown that the model has a certain practical value of reference and application.This paper, combined with the actual needs of China’s textile machinery industry, carries out a detailed study in the textile machinery manufacturing enterprises evaluation and selection of suppliers. The proposed evaluation index system and selection model in theory and practice on textile machinery manufacturing enterprises selected suppliers has a good practical significance and reference. |
