| Along with the continuing development of information technology,the highly effectivesupply chain has brought the solid benefit for corporations in every stage, and greatlyreduces the operating costs. Many cases are clearly show that once the supply chain systemproduced risk,,the risk would not only impair single enterprise’s interest,but also becontinuously transmitted upstream and downstream in the supply chain, even wouldcontinuously amplified,which would produce threat to other enterprises and the overallinterests of the supply chain,and even cause disintegration of supply chain. Therefore,scientifically understanding and evaluating of the operating risks in aquaculture supply chainsystem,with effective prevention and control,can greatly reduce the probability of supplychain risk events,reduce the damage of supply chain,and enhance the anti-risk capability ofsupply chain.This article elaborated the present situation and significance of domestic and overseassupply chain risk management. Secondly,summarized the related theory on supply chainsystem operating risks. Through the research on supply chain system operating risksformational mechanism,this article defines seven risk factors,and constructed a scientificand practical risk evaluation index system on supply chain system operation. Thirdly,thisarticle made a comparison of various methods of the risk assessment,analyzed advantagesand disadvantages,and proposed the fuzzy mathematics and the BP neural network unifyappraisal model. Last part, this article took the aquatic product processing industry supplychain as a empirical study object,and through the collection and sorting of Dalian bay areaaquatic industry data,assessed the operating risks in supply chain systems with the utilizationof fuzzy neural network model. According to the evaluation results, proposed thecorresponding risk control policy. |
