Nowadays, knowledge employees play a decisive role in most foreign invested enterprises in China. With rapid business growth, in order to keep progressive and effective motivation, more and more foreign invested enterprises apply diverse incentive instead of simplex compensation incentive. They pay close attention to the innovation of motivation measures, intend to implement improvements of motivation measures, further build up and optimize solid maintenance mechanism, to improve sense of identity and belonging, keep and development talents from the perspective of sustainable development.Through the analysis of knowledge employees in A company, based on exist research achievements of domain and foreign scholars, this thesis further analysis the issues of knowledge employee motivation in the enterprise. Taking A company as example, research the motivation measures of A company through qualitative analysis and case analysis methodology. Introduce and analysis the motivation model, salary structure, performance evaluation and career development of A company in Chapter4and5, then discuss and propose improving suggestions and solution from motivation model, motivation measures and maintenance mechanism point of view. Expect to enrich the research of motivation for knowledge employees from foreign invested enterprises.
