Bearing is the foundation of the equipment manufacturing industry in the important and key parts and components, directly decides the major equipment and the host product performance, quality and reliability, known as the "heart" parts of the equipment manufacturing. After years of development, China’s bearing industry has formed a rather scale, the national bearing industry2010annual output value of about130billion Yuan, the world’s third. Although the development of China’s bearing industry scale is very large, mostly concentrated in the low-end, and in the field of high-end bearing manufacturing, compared with the developed countries in our country there are still a considerable gap.Based on marketing related theories, this paper expounds the related theory of marketing, emphasizes the position and in the position and role of the marketing strategy, and then to TED international trade Co. Ltd. as a study case, firstly, the suthor analyzes the the macro environment and competitive environment within the bearing industry, which TED faces to, then, based on the analysis of the current situation of TED bearing in the international market, planning, and competition situation, the author discusses the industry characteristics, where TED is, as well as the existing state of development strategy, furthermore, the SWOT analysis has been applied to know TED’s current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, in order to set up a marketing strategies; which put the elements of company’s products, price, marketing MIX and channels etc. as consideration and make some comparisons; Finally, some detailed measures has been put forward to facilitate the smooth implementation of the TED development strategy.
