Geophysical exploration is the High-end technology industry,as the front end technology of Oil industry chain.The price has being controlled by gasoline price and environment.Especially in China,the geophysical exploration industry got unprecedented development,and most transnational enterprise are scrambling to enter China marketing,whose purpose of grabbing the Chinese Market.Laurel Technologies Company Limited is a multinational high-tech instruments system technology corporation,whose products are involved both in geophysical exploration and marine exploration.Laurel Technologies Company Limited has entered China marketing since 1992,and it is a pioneer in the most exploration technology enterprises,which has being active in scientific investigation,resource exploration,engineering testing and environmental protection,etc.In recent years,the developing of Geophysical technology is facing many issues and intense market competition with the geophysical wide application and the increasingly complex geological conditions.In addition,Laurel has to facing the exchange risks and additional tariff during Sino-US Trade War,which Laurel is difficult to maintain its core competitive advantage.This paper takes the Laurel Technologies Company Limited as the research object,analyzed the external environment of Laurel Technologies Company Limited via PEST theory,used the Porter's Five Forces Model to expound the current marketing environment for geophysical exploration industry and had the focus on the analysis of industry background in China.According to the SWOT analysis method,paper elaborated Laurel's advantages & disadvantages,opportunities and threats.In conclusion,through the above research,the paper tailored the China marketing strategy for Laurel Technologies Company Limited:STP strategy,market development strategy,market competition strategy,differentiation strategy,brand strategy,etc.And established the implementation step and measures in three respects,such as institutional guarantee,manpower guarantee,funding guarantee.In order to guarantee the marketing strategy going smoothly.Hope to provide the reference for the Marketing strategy dynamic adjustment and development for Laurel Technologies Company Limited...
