New ventures are demonstrating the unprecedented role in the aspect of promoting social and economic development, entrepreneurial teams rather than individual entrepreneur are the main implementation of the entrepreneurial activity which has become increasingly active, the research on entrepreneurial team also have attracted general attention in the academic community. Team trust within entrepreneurial team refers to a member of team trust the rest members of the team, team trust among team members can promote good communication and coordination, thereby enhancing the cohesion of the whole team. Although the academic community have carried out deep research on team trust, the research on the combination of team trust and entrepreneurship are relatively weak. Therefore, further study of new ventures’entrepreneurial team, and team trust acts as an intermediary role between the characteristics of entrepreneurial team and the employee’s turnover intention are of great practical significance.Based on the domestic and foreign literature reviews, this paper attempts to divide the characteristics of entrepreneurial team into the following three dimensions:goal explicitness, task dependency, role rationality, to study the inner relationship among the characteristics of entrepreneurial team, team trust and the employee’s turnover intention. On the bases of234valid questionnaires, using SPSS20.0and AMOS17.0statistical analysis tools, through the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, we came to the conclusions which are as follows:(1)The characteristics of entrepreneurial team can be divided into the following three independent dimensions:goal explicitness, task dependency, role rationality, the entrepreneurial team’s goal explicitness, task dependency and role rationality all have significant negative correlations with the employee’s turnover intention;(2)Goal explicitness has significant positive correlations with both cognition-based trust and affect-based trust;(3)Task dependency has a significant positive correlation with cognition-based trust, but task dependency doesn’t have a significant positive correlation with affect-based trust;(4)Role rationality has significant positive correlations with both cognition-based trust and affect-based trust;(5)Cognition-based trust has a significant negative correlation with the employee’s turnover intention, but affect-based trust doesn’t have a significant negative correlation with the employee’s turnover intention;(6)Cognition-based trust contributes a complete intermediary role between goal explicitness and the employee’s turnover intention, and cognition-based trust contributes a partial intermediary role between task dependency, role rationality and the employee’s turnover intention;(7)Affect-based trust contributes no intermediary role between any dimension of the characteristics of entrepreneurial team and the employee’s turnover intention.
