Today, customer demands have become more diversity and the intensity of market competition has increased. Only those enterprises with fast responsive capabilities and creativities can succeed. However, activities of R&D, marketing, management, et al, have become more integrative and complex, and have exceeded individual ability, so that temporary teams are greatly adopted in modern organizations. According to the investigation of firms temporary teams and the relative literature reviews, we confirmed three theoretical issues unresolved: ①How to build swift trust in temporary teams? ②What kinds of interaction do team members always experience? ③How does team swift trust (TST) influence team creativity (TC) by the mediation of interaction? Three facets were conducted at the team level to resolve the above issues.(1) The construct and antecedents of TST were Explored. Team swift trust is a form of collective perception and relating that appears as a response to issues of vulnerability, uncertainty, risk, and expectations. At the team level, through the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, five antecedents of TST had been certified, which included: ①Role expectation (RE), referred to the expectation of team members' role, which was the most important antecedent of TST. The standardized loading of RE is 0.552 (P=0.000). ②Task interdependence (TI), reflected the intense and degree of work interdependence among the team members, which was the second important antecedent of TST. The loading of TI is 0.534 (P=0.003). ③Organizational insurance, reflected the perception of temporary team members on the organizational climate of inspiring cooperation and creation. The loading is 0.442 (P=0.005). ④Goal clear (GC), explained the degree of sharing and clearing of team goal. The loading is 0.434 (P=0.008). ⑤Member diversity (MD), analyzed the degree of surface- and deep-level diversity among team members. The loading is 0.424 (P=0.007). The influences of the five antecedents are different. The most two important factors are RE and TI.(2) The processes and operation mechanisms of three interactions were identified and defined at the team level. The interactions included ①Controversy activity (CA), meant exploring, perfecting and extending of knowledge, concepts and ideas openly and freely at the team level. Through CA, different ideas were integrated and new solutions were created. With the more creative solutions emerging and applying, team creativity accomplished and increased. ②Helping activity (HA), included all in-role and out-role helping activity at the team level. Through HA, all kinds of coded knowledge and tacit knowledge were communicated, shared and transformed faster, and the knowledge ascended as spiral, which promoted team creativity. ③...
