Studies On Intensive Utilization Of Rural Residential Land In Jingzhou County

13rural residential centres in Jingzhou country are considered as units for judgement in the research, the status of rural residential was analyzed. The factors affecting rural residential land intensive utilization and the existing problems were analyzed combined with the achievement of Jingzhou country general plans for land use. The evaluation system was established, which consists of3criteria level with10evaluation indexes considering the current residential land use degree, input level and its benefits. Using this system, the weight of each index was decided by using the AHP analysis, which was processed in the dimensionless treatment in order to calculate the total evaluating value. The intensive degree of rural residential land was divided into four types of intensive use, moderate use, inefficient use, extensive use. The results show that the overall level of the county is inefficient use because the average score was0.423, only Quyang town’s residential area was intensive use,3towns such as Gantang Pukou and Pingcha moderate use,7towns such as Taiyangping Xinchang Dabuzi Sanqiu Outuan Hengjiangqiao and Aoshang inefficient use,2towns such as Zhaiya and Wenxi extensive use. The reason of rural residential land low use was analyzed, scientific methods and countermeasures of raising the intensive utilization level of rural residential land were presented according to the conditions on the ground.
