Chinese law clearly stipulates:the process of rural land circulation may not change the nature of collective ownership, and may not harm the farmer household contract rights, use of land shall not be changed. Therefore, due to the constraint of China’s land laws and regulations, only the circulation of rural land in China is the contracting right of management circulation.Based on the investigation of specific Xielingangzhen of the trust of rural land circulation in Yiyang city as the research object, in order to implement the three rural problems as the starting point, to summarize and analyze the domestic and foreign experts and scholars about rural land trust circulation theory, literature circulation to land trust for reference, combining the successful experience about the circulation of rural land trust at home and abroad, analysis of the circulation of rural land trust Xielingangzhen of Yiyang city now and put forward Yiyang City Xielingangzhen trust circulation in the future development ideas and countermeasures.The survival and development of agriculture cannot do without land, solving the three agricultural problems more cannot do without land, sustainable development of the country cannot do without the land. At present, including the major problems in China’s rural land trust transfer process:first, China’s total circulation of small; second, the right to operate the land contract has legal protection; third, the land circulation mechanism needs to innovate.
