A Study Of The Rural Land Circulation Patterns

Land reform is an important work in Chinese rural reform. Weshould have a profound awareness of the importance of land reform and its essence so as to provide support for the realization of the Chinese Dream.The paper takes the problems on the rural land circulation as the research object, with the premise that land reform determines the fate of the nation, of every Chinese people, and especially of the vital interests of the farmers. The author mainly focuses on the rural land circulation, analyses and evaluates the current different patterns of it, and gives the theory, advantage and necessity analysis to the land trust model introduced to our country land circulation. The innovation point of the paper is in the fourth part, the author analyzes the advantage of the land trust from the perspective of trust public ownership, and puts forward the future development direction of the trust model-the trust bank at the end of the paper.The second part mainly introduces the system of rural land circulation in our country. This part first introduces its concept, expounds the necessity of it, then analyzes the development of the rural land circulation system, including five stages-the rural land system reform before the founding of the PRC; the rural land system reform in the early years after the founding of the PRC; the agricultural cooperation movement; movement to form rural people’s communes and farmland shareholding cooperative system, finally the author introduces the current main patterns of rural land circulation.The third part continues to compare and analyze the current rural land circulation patterns, from the dispersed flow pattern and the concentrated flow pattern respectively, giving the advantage and problem analysis, pointing out the problems existing in the current rural land circulation.In the fourth part, based on the above-mentioned points, the author introduces the land trust model, introduces the theory of the land trust, analyses its advantage, then expounds the necessity of establishing the rural land circulation trust model, at last, introduces the positive significance of promoting the land trust.The fifth and sixth part are mainly about drawing lessons from the practice of land trust both at home and abroad, and proposes the establishment of China’s rural land trust operation mode and frame design according to the actual condition of our country.The seventh part is mainly on the outlook for the future. The development of the land trust mode is only on the primary stage at present, so the system specification and the reasonable design are very important. Since the development of market economy inevitably leads to land financialization, the future land trust will turn to the road of financialization. In this case, the emergence of land bank will become possible, and will gradually develop and grow stronger.Through the writing of this paper, the author wishes to enrich the relevant land circulation theories, to improve the farmland circulation speed in our country, to promote the rapid development of China’s rural economy and to increase farmers’ income.
