Research On TLX100 Lean Production Improvement Of Company T

Based on the production of TLX100 products of T company,this thesis uses the theories and tool of Lean production,analyses the production problems of TLX100 products,design the improvement solutions,implement the improvement solution and evaluate the improvement effect,establish a lean improvement sample line in T company.In this thesis,firstly,describe the current problems:long lead time,insufficient capacity,high defective,high production cost,then,find the huge waste in TLX 100 production line with lean method:huge WIP,waiting,unnecessary relocation,over-processing or unnecessary processing,defective goods,then,use lean production theories and tools such as value stream,flow chart,man-machine diagram,eight waste and one piece flow,to find out the root causes of the problems in TLX100 production line,then,set up the improvement solutions for these root causes.Import the process flow layout,improve the bottle neck station,process quality improvement,import multi-function cleaning machine,to reduce the production lead time,enlarge production capacity,reduce the defective rate,reduce the production cost.The success of TLX100 product lean improvement project,sets up a nice sample of lean production line in T company,it is a good foundation for T company to copy it to all other production lines,and also for continuous improvement activities in the future.
