Research On Construction Of Affordable Housing System In China In The New Period

Housing problems, which are both economic issues and political issues, are absolutely related to the livelihood problems of the people. The people can live and work happily, only with the problems being solved perfectly. It is the main basis of a stable and healthy economic development and social harmony and stability that all the people could get rooms to live in. The17th Party Congress put forward the grand goal of building a moderately prosperous society, and the congress decide to improve people’s livelihood as to accelerate social construction."Housing all" is a clear goal of Chinese government’s, which is made during the17th Party Congress. The party and the government have made a series of important plans, establish and improve housing security system gradually, continuing to increase policy support to speed up the construction of housing projects, and make efforts to resolve the housing difficulties of low and middle income groups. However, nowadays in China, housing problems, the lack of educational resources and medical resources are three major livelihood issues, which are especially serious to the low and middle income.The problems existing in the process of China’s housing security system revolution are pointed out in this paper, considering the status of the construction of affordable housing both inside and outside. At the same time, the problems are analyzed deeply. The measures can greatly adapt China’s national conditions. Construction of affordable housing is the main way to solve the housing problems of low-income people, which is the key to solve our livelihood issues. Speeding up the construction of affordable housing, helps us to transform the mode of economic development, to expand domestic demands and to establish a healthy real estate market. Above all, researching on China’s housing problem does have far-reaching significance to social justice and harmony.
