In recent years, technology services as an emerging industry, promote economic growth is becoming increasingly apparent, especially to drive and support for other industries; nowadays China industrial upgrading is to provide a new way, therefore, the study of technology services has become a hot spot.Based in Jilin province the development of industrial economy, first of all, based on detailed data, from the Angle of multiple detailed analysis of the present situation and problems of Jilin province science and technology service industry and manufacturing.The results showed that:Jilin province science and technology service industry lagged behind the development of manufacturing level, compared with other provinces and cities, development level is still in its infancy, the low level, the status quo of restricting the development of manufacturing. Secondly, the use of common correlation analytic method to detect the correlation between Jilin province science and technology service industry and manufacturing, to detect the Jilin province science and technology service industry and manufacturing high correlation; Then on the basis of both high correlation, correlation detection and manufacturing using the grey correlation analysis of several factors closely.
