Under the demand for continuous innovation, the joint venture has become an important strategy for enterprises reform, and joint ventures in various social activities in an orderly manner are all dependent on good communication system. It can be said that management communication is the lifeblood of the joint ventures to operate orderly. With the emergence of Chinese-foreign joint ventures, there are some huge differences in members of the cultural background, corporate status, joint goals, the level of the knowledge structure and areas of expertise and organizational routines, and management communication problems caused by these have a certain extent determines the success or failure of the joint venture. Chinese-Foreign joint ventures seeking solutions to resolve the conflict of management communication in the course of business and promoting the healthy development of Chinese-Foreign joint ventures have become an important for joint ventures.This paper mainly studies the impact of organizational routines on the management communication in Chinese-foreign Joint Ventures. Firstly, review and summary the relevant researches in this field by means of theoretical analysis. Then based on previous research results, Organizational routines will be divided into interactive consensus, the behavior of logic and implicit norms of the three dimensions. According to this study objects, management communication is divided into view coordination, information correctness and positive state of mind. Then, starting from the three dimensions of organizational routines explore their impacts on Chinese-foreign joint ventures management communication, and put forward the hypothesis of this paper, establish the research model of organizational routines and management communication.The dissertation uses the mind of empirical analysis for test hypothesis. Through the questionnaire survey to staff and leadership of the Chinese-Foreign joint ventures, 138valid questionnaires are collected, including the views and assessments of their situations of the organizational routines and management communication. Then use SPSS16.0and Amos7.0software for statistical analysis and structural equation modeling analysis. Verify the relevancies of organizational routines and management communication in Chinese-Foreign joint ventures. Empirical results show that in the management communication process of Chinese-foreign joint ventures, the interaction consensus and tacit norms dimensions of organizational routines are positively related with management communication, behavior of logic is positively related with view coordination and information correctness, but is not relevant with positive state of mind. Finally this article summarizes the research conclusions, and then based on the perspective of organizational routines gives advice to solve the management communication conflict of the Chinese-Foreign joint ventures. Pointed out the lack of this article and further on the future research prospects.
