The Research Of Sino-Russia Economic Intergration Models And Countermeasures Based On The Stragetic Partnership Of Cooperation

1990s, complicated and profound changes happened to international relations. Especially, along with the development of economic globalization and regional economic integration, economic power has played a more important role in the international relations instead of politic power. In the circumstances of the slow recovery of the world economy, China and Russia, as the two major emerging economies, maintain a steady economic growth, and then increase international status more and more. On the other hand, the Sino-Russia relation has become one of the most important relationships between major powers in the world. Recently, China and Russia made an announcement to construct the comprehensive strategic partnership of cooperation between each other which improved the Sino-Russia relation to the unprecedented level. Along with the improvement of China and Russia’s economic powers and the improvement of Sino-Russian relation, Developed countries try to weaken the countries’influences by containment strategy. Therefore, it’s the best choice to deepen economic cooperation and improve the level of economic integration between China and Russia in order to maintain the stable development of the bilateral comprehensive strategic partnership of cooperation.First this paper analyzes literatures of the economic cooperation between China and Russia, the Sino-Russian strategic partnership of cooperation and economic integration, defines the concept of economic globalization and regional economic integration. Regarding to the actual situation of the Sino-Russian economic cooperation, we create the evaluation index of the economic integration including trade, direct investment and personnel, and then determine the weight of every factor indicator by entropy method. This paper analyzes the development of Trade, financial and interpersonal relations, as well as the economic integration between China and Russia based on the results.Next this article makes a detailed analysis on the influencing factors of the economic integration under the Sino-Russia strategic partnership of cooperation. At last, this paper proposes five Sino-Russia integration models and several countermeasures.
