Along with the rapid development of Internet technology and other relatedtechnology upgrading, mankind is experiencing a about social consumption patternchange, namely the emergence of the e-commerce industry. In recent years, economicdevelopment and social improvement of living standards for the development ofe-commerce has created good conditions for the development of e-commerce isbecoming a measure of national new symbol of advanced productive forces.At present, has experienced the early dotcom bubble of China’s e-commerceindustry gradually entered the steady and healthy development stage. This new businessmodel supported by information technology, gradually after initial exploring stage tostability, once a deluge of e-commerce industry to join the national trade will inevitablyhave an enormous effect to the traditional trading patterns and shock. However, China’se-commerce industry due to its short development time, development too fast, there arestill many inevitable problems. So, despite the e-commerce industry has brightdevelopment prospects, but its industry management and design on the defects existingin the internal is still the e-commerce sector managers should priority. This article triesto expound the core idea is: in the electronic commerce development at this stage, whatare the potential influence factors of the fatal damage to the electronic commerce, howto revise and improvement of these problems, and what are the effective internationalsolution can be used, thus to reduce the development of electronic business enterpriseoperation cost, improve the production efficiency of enterprises.
