With the coming of the knowledge economy era and the increasingly fiercecompetitions among enterprises, the amount of human capital owned by enterprises hasbeen a key for an enterprise to win in the fierce market competition, and the ability tocultivate, obtain and use the talents reflects the core competitiveness of enterprises.Besides using the recruitments and selections from outside to continuously introducetalents, more enterprises are willing to develop the potential of employees, which hasbecome an important content for enterprise management. For the past few years,theoretical and practical circles had reached an agreement that employee training can helpan enterprise to make use of the human resources reasonably and realize enterprise humancapital appreciation, which has become an important content in the modern enterprisehuman resources management.This paper mainly discusses the improvement of employee training system ofNanshan Food Co., LTD, and it includes four parts. The first part is introduction, whichhas introduced the relative theory and research trends of employee training, as well as theideas and research methods. The second part makes a systematic analysis of thecompany’s current status of employee training system, in particular, the problems and thepossible causes, and we’re concluded that it necessary to improve the training system tomeet the needs of the development of the company. The third part is about the design ofemployee training system. It puts forward the design ideas and principles, and designs theoverall employee training system and each module which involves in training needsassessment, plan,evaluations and feedback. The last part has evaluated the possibleimplementation obstacles and some suggestion about the implementation of employeetraining system, the instruments and methods, and has discussed the employee trainingmotivations, thereby provide support for the implementation of employee training systemimproved. Finally, some research conclusions are given in this paper.This paper has introduced the processes and ways of improving the training systemsand has designed a more reasonable and effective employee training system for NanshanFood Co., LTD. It can be of a great help for Nanshan Food Co., LTD, and meanwhileprovides useful references for the improvement of the similar enterprise’s employeetraining system.
