Research On Trust Mechanism Of Virtual R&D Organization

With the development of economic globalization and information technology, the generation of virtual R&D organization is an inevitable trend, it’s a further innovation of R&D mode, and plays an important role on innovation performance and the efficiency of R&D. Now, the virtual R&D organization is concerned increasingly, so it’s necessary to have a research. The successful operation of virtual R&D organization is based on trust, no trust, no cooperation, trust can reduce the supervision cost, make the members cooperate in harmony, promote the successful operation of cooperation and improve the cooperation performance. However, compared with the traditional organization mode, virtual R&D organization faces more risk, and it’s even more difficult to establish a relationship of trust, so it is necessary to have a further research on the relationship of trust between organizations.Through the analysis and study on relevant theories of virtual R&D organization and trust, this paper want to find effective ways of trust building, prevent trust risk, promote the emergence and development of trust relationship in the process of cooperation, and provide some reference and suggestions for the successful operation of virtual R&D organization.This paper begins from the summary of virtual R&D organization research status at home and abroad, by analyzing the meaning, characteristics and the differences with the traditional development mode, this paper has a further development of the basic theory of virtual R&D organization; then has a detailed analysis of the internal and external factors of partners’trust relationship, mainly including the internal factors such as cooperation experience, commitment, communication, reputation, opportunism, regional differences, and external factors such as legal protection, intermediary service system and social credit system. And the generation and evolution of the trust are analyzed in game theory. The paper also elaborates on the guarantee mechanism of trust, has a comprehensive analysis of trust risk, and discusses respectively from the distribution of benefits, risk control and life cycle. Finally based on the case, analyzes the specific application of virtual R&D organization trust mechanism, and gives some recommendations of the trust relationship building.
