With China’s economic development growth rate continues to decline since2011, the whole environment of machinery manufacturing industry is not optimistic. Continued weak market situation and the rising operating costs bring enterprises more and more pressure. The key of the Machinery manufacturing enterprises of how to win the initiative, steady and rapid development in such tough economic situation is to speed up to improve its management ability, strengthen the enterprise operation efficiency and service ability. However the important means to improve enterprise’s competitiveness and management level is the informatization of manufacturing industry. One of the most effective ways is to implement ERP. ERP system integrates information technology and advanced management ideas, it can integrate enterprise resource such as logistics, cash flow and information flow through the standardization of business processes. By sharing the information resources, it can perfect "people, goods, content, production, supply, sell" operating mechanism; improve internal collaboration ability, the overall operation efficiency and management level;improve the management efficiency and competitive ability. And the first premise of implementation of ERP is the improvement of the original business plan process.This article altogether is divided into seven chapters;introduction in chapter1mainly expounds the research background, purpose, meaning and use of innovations. Chapter2is the theory application, mainly refers to the business process reorganization and milestones in project implementation methodology. Chapter3analyses the present situation of C Company deeply and find out the existing problems in various business processes. Chapter4, chapter5and chapter6make a demand analysis respectively on logistics management, financial management production management according to problems in C Company and carries on the original process design optimization. Chapter7summarizes the full text.This paper takes C machinery manufacturing companies during the implementation of ERP in full on the project of the company’s business as an example, discovers and analysis the present situation and problems in business processes and management methods. Combined with advanced management experience, it designs the most suitable plan for C Company’s business process.
