| With the global competition progressively,supply chain management has become aneffective model to response to fierce market competition.And there are some intricaterelationship between members of supply chain which not only include some material flowã€capital flowã€information flow but also a lot of knowledge flow. The exisiting knowledgeresource has provided an important source for knowledge accretion and value creation, sorealizing knowledge sharing in supply chain has theoretical and practical significance in theareas both supply chain management and knowledge management.This thesis take knowledge sharing in supply chain as research object,and mainlyexplained by the levels of strategy selection and mechanism construction, on the basis ofthis,making an objective evaluation of performance.It emphases the idea of“pre-plan,middle-control and after-evaluateâ€and makes every effort to bring forth theknowledge sharing theory in the way of strategy selection in plan, mechanism construction inaction and performance evaluation in feedback,among of this strategy guides mechanism andmechanism is the realization of strategy, the conceptual model of strategy and mechanism isthe theoretical basis of the performance evaluation system.Beginning with the"prisoner’s dilemma" of the supply chain knowledge sharing, itanalysis the difficulties to achieve knowledge sharing from static point of view, utilizescomplete information dynamic game model to make strategy selection. Through theconditions of strategy selection to obtain the influence factors of supply chain knowledgesharing, combined with systems engineering to build a conceptual model of supply chainknowledge sharing operating mechanism from the microscopic point of view, besides usingevolutionary game to build supply chain knowledge sharing contract mechanism for multiplemembers in supply chain from the microscopic point of view.On the side of performance evaluation,this paper established the index system ontheoretical basis of the conceptual model of the operating mechanism,and realized theperformance evaluation by means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The conceptualmodel is the theoretical basis of performance evaluation index system and its establishmentalso developed and enriched the former research contents. Then6first class indexes and26scecond class indexes are defined by the index system to evaluate the performancecomprehensively. Finally an actual enterprise which has been carrying out to verify the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation model, combined to PDCA thinking,theevaluation results which laid the foundation for the promotion and application to improveknowledge sharing in supply chain from planning, execution, inspection and action aspects. |
