The Research Upon Knowledge Sharing Mechanism Among Enterprises On The Supply Chain Under The Environment Of Collaborative Innovation

With the rapid development in economy and information technology, in order toimprove the production efficiency and reduce the costs, and also in order to be able toquickly meet the demand of consumer, the model that supply chain operates andinnovate alone has been replaced gradually by the model of collaborative innovation.The character of supply chain management is combining the independent companiesin the supply chain to improve supply chain efficiency. Therefore, the collaborativeinnovation in supply chain need the collaborative innovation in all enterprise which isthe fundamental goal, then all enterprise cooperate. So how to cooperate inknowledge sharing in the supply chain, it has become a problem of collaborativeinnovation. Unlike the general knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing in supplychain collaborative innovation is among different enterprises, which is more difficultthan knowledge sharing in a single enterprise.In this paper, we summary the data of knowledge sharing in supply chain underthe environment of collaborative innovation which will be the theoretical foundation.Then study the knowledge sharing model among enterprises in supply chain under theenvironment of collaborative innovation. It is derived into two main parts, knowledgemining and knowledge transfer,then make a detailed analysis in knowledge discoveryand knowledge transfer of supply chain. By the analysis of dynamic game, wesummary the influencing factors of knowledge sharing among enterprises in thesupply chain under the environment of collaborative innovation. Finally, summed upknowledge sharing infrastructure among the enterprises in the supply chain under theenvironment of collaborative innovation, including, incentives, corporate culture andknowledge sharing performance evaluation system. And also draw the whole structureof knowledge sharing among the enterprises in the supply chain under theenvironment of collaborative innovation.
