Entering the new century, economic globalization has become an irreversible trend.Multinational corporations as the main driving force for its unique core competenciesincreasingly highlights the strong vitality. Corporate culture is considered as theengine of corporate development. Corporate intangible resources at the same time,because of its important role in long-term business performance has been more andmore studied by scholars. Corporate culture has a profound impact on the business.This article is written from the perspective of organizational trust, foreign subsidiariesof multinational enterprise and organizational citizenship behavior.This paper begins with a brief introduction of the research background andsignificance, and then analyzes the recent research status at home and abroad. On thisbasis, the paper goes into the main content of study:First, the study is about the relations between organizational culture, organizationaltrust, organizational citizenship behavior and the nature of measurement methods athome and abroad on the basis of the existing research to identify the next paper modelconstruction and measurement methods of theoretical basis. For foreign subsidiariesof multinational organizational culture variables, the most suitable scale wasdeveloped by using Hofstede ’s five dimensions measured with multinational model,which are the distance from the power, individualism collectivism, and masculinityfeminization of uncertainty avoidance, long-term and short-term-oriented to describedifferent multinational significant differences in organizational culture.Organizational Trust adopted universally recognized academic leadership trust,organizational trust, trust of their colleagues to measure three dimensions. The threedimensions of trust from different levels on the decomposition, can be accurateunderstanding of the full staff of the enterprise attitude. OCB uses Farh Jiing-Lih’s tendimensional model, because these ten dimensions are comprehensive and detaileddescription of the organizational citizenship behavior, but there are still cross-sectionbetween the dimensions, so these ten dimensions are concentrated into five dimensional model, which are helping my colleagues, daring to express their views,working actively to maintain corporate image and protecting corporate assets.Then, build organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior affectingmodel. Academic has emerged about organizational culture, organizational trust andorganizational citizenship behavior research. Previous studies have shown thatpositive correlation exists between organizational trust and organizational citizenshipbehavior,but has not yet appeared specifically for foreign subsidiaries ofmultinational companies.The core of this chapter is to build organizational trust asmediating variables in the organizational culture on organizational citizenshipbehavior model, using empirical research methods to verify whether in the foreignsubsidiaries of multinational companies hypothetical model is established or not.Finally, the evidence shows that, in foreign subsidiaries of multinational companiesorganizational trust does play an intermediary role between organizational culture andorganizational citizenship behavior. Thus for enterprises to improve organizationaltrust and organizational citizenship behavior this will provides methods.
