The growing importance of trust has been the attention of scholars, In 1958, the U.S. psychologist on the Prisoner's Dilemma Deutsch interpersonal trust in the experiment created a trust in the social psychology research precedent. Followed by the past 20 years, organizational trust is a growing number of psychologists, organizational scientists, economists concern. How to improve employee trust in the organization, the current management has become a topic in the field.Organizational citizenship behavior is effectively improving the performance of the organization, but beyond the formal requirements of the organization extra-role behavior. A personal choice, free from restrictions on the organization's reward and punishment system. To increase employee organizational citizenship behavior can enhance organizational performance, organizational design to make up deficiencies. Organizational citizenship behavior is affected by many factors, organizational trust is the one. In recent years, organizational citizenship behavior is organizational behavior abroad, scholars are generally concerned about their research results in the enterprise in improving the efficiency of management has played a significant role. However, in the public sector's research also relatively small.In this study, targeting the public sector workers and use at home and abroad have some maturity scale, using simple random sampling method selected a sample of 131 questionnaires were collected. Then the use of reliability testing, factor analysis, independent samples T test, variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, statistical theory and method to study the organization, staff organization of the trust and organizational citizenship behaviors relationships.Main findings are as follows:(1) organization between the trust and organizational citizenship behaviors were significantly related to sex; (2) organizational trust are right positive effects on organizational citizenship behavior; (3) In a control variable that is under the impact of personal variables, organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior is also there among the significant correlation.
