The Study Of Convergence Development Of Primary,Secondary And Tertiary-industry In Rural Areas Of Anhui Province

The integration and development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries is an important starting point for realizing the revitalization of the countryside.It is of great significance to reduce the cost of agriculture,improve the economic efficiency of agriculture,activate rural essential resources,promote employment of peasants and promote the growth of farmers' income.Through the interactive development of rural one,two or three industries,to meet the shift from "production-oriented" to "consumption-oriented" in agriculture,it is conducive to promoting the transformation and upgrading of agriculture,and accelerating agricultural modernization.As a traditional agricultural province,Anhui Province has both realistic basis and development needs and space in the integration of rural secondary and tertiary industries.This article first analyzes the status quo of the development of three industries in rural Anhui Province.The agricultural output value continues to grow,the agricultural product processing industry accelerates development,and the rural service industry grows rapidly.Through the analysis of the integration of the rural industry environment,market and scientific and technological reality basis,explore the driving force for the development of rural industries in Anhui Province.Secondly,we summarize the main modes of the development of three rural industries in Anhui Province,including the extension of the agricultural industry chain,the expansion of agricultural functions,and the penetration of technology.Through typical case studies,it is concluded that the rural development of the secondary and tertiary industries in Anhui Province is still in the initial stage,the input mechanism is not perfect,the benefit-sharing mechanism is not perfect,and the industrial integration environment needs to be improved.Thirdly,by analyzing the main practices of agricultural industrial integration in developed countries,we summed up the foundations for consolidating industrial integration,strengthening the promotion of agricultural science and technology,improving the overall quality of farmers,basing ourselves on comparative advantages,developing advantageous industries,and building diversified rural cooperative organizations.The development of the three industries in rural areas in Anhui Province has important implications.Finally,the paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of industry integration level,new driving development,benefit linkage mechanism,and government support role,so as to promote the development of three rural industries in Anhui Province.
