The twenty-first century is an era with high economic development speed. The progressof economy benefits from the competition and development of enterprises which come fromthat of employees. Therefore, how to retain employees and motivate their loyalty andenthusiasm is the key of the business management. And the key reflected in the enterprise isthe construction of the enterprise culture and the employee management system. Theresearch of corporate culture has never been stopped since the1970s. The essence of thecorporate culture is based on enterprise management philosophy and enterprise spirit. It isalso the management combination of people and materials. Enterprise culture is the soul ofenterprise management. It provides the enterprise powerful support and guarantee for theconstruction of competitive management and operation system. Corporate culture containsthe quintessence of the management philosophy. It plays an irreplaceable role in the progressof marketing competition. Most of successful companies have excellent corporate cultures. Itcould enhance the cohesion of employees, boost motivations and create loyalty. With thetremendous power of corporate culture, enterprises are able to achieve the managementobjectives efficiently.In spite of this, in the view of current situation of corporate culture, many of thecompanies have not built a corporate culture which could fit the enterprise managementsystem and become the guidance and direction of enterprise management. In reality, becauseof the misperceptions, the biased building and the ineffective use of corporate culture inemployee management, most of companies have not put corporate culture’s real utility andvalue into good use. Furthermore, it is also hard to construct a greater level ofcompetitiveness of enterprises.This article starts from theories and practical experiences on enterprise culture andemployee management at home and abroad. It summarizes the relationship betweencorporate culture and employee management. Meanwhile, it could testify the effectiveness ofemployee management by modeling employee management system upon corporate cultureconcept and through questionnaire investigation of all the staff of the YK design company.The empirical research results indicate several points as follows:1). In the design system, excellent, applicative and competitive corporate culture not only predicated upon the oriented-value and management of founders but also concludes senses ofrespect, existence and value;2). Employee management system based on the corporate culture concept should be reflectedby distribution system, motivation system and core values;3). Evaluation the effectiveness of corporate culture design system contains the degree ofrecognition, agreement, stability and competitiveness; Evaluating the implementing effectcontains stability, loyalty and enthusiasm of employees;4). The practical research of YKdesign company demonstrates that corporate culture designsystem gains high assessment in aspects of recognition, agreement, stability andcompetitiveness. Meanwhile, testing effect of employee management system based oncorporate culture has also achieved good results and it plays an extremely positive impact onemployees’ stability, loyalty and enthusiasm.In this article, the research and testing of the empirical effects aim to provide guidanceand references for design companies in the aspect of constructing corporate culture andmanaging employees effectively based on corporate culture concept system.
