Agriculture in China is suffering from lagged infrastructure, combined with gapbetween urban and rural income as well as limited agricultural financial support.Strengthening agricultural financial support is quite necessary. Despite thedevelopment in credit variety and amount, rapid business expansion of AgriculturalDevelopment Bank of China has also brought about problems. To resolve theseconstraints, meet fundamental requirements of modern banking system and exploresustainable development of agricultural policy-based finance under market economy,all levels of Agricultural Development Bank of China shall have keen insight in themarket, be able to adjust new and old policies as well as make innovative thinking soas to relieve the government from financial burden and complete policy tasks undercommercial operation.
