Commercial Business Development Strategy Of Inner Mongolia Branch Of Agricultural Development Bank Of China

With the approval of the State Council issued in April 2015 on the implementation of the overall plan for the development of Agricultural Development Bank of China,the Agricultural Development Bank of China has made clear the main direction of the work.In the case of policy oriented business,we should manage the commercial business effectively.Commercial business can not only promote the national macroeconomic regulation and control policies,but also conducive to the sustainable development of agricultural business.In case of policy oriented business infected by factors such as policy regulation and control,the development of commercial business will be an effective measure to promote the growth of agricultural business.At present,the business scope of Inner Mongolia branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China has been developed from the simple "policy" to "policy+ commercial".With the rapid expansion of business scope,some conflicts and contradictions emerges as the development of Commercial business.The credit risk is also further increased.The way how to handle the relationship between the development of commercial and policy business,promoting the development of commercial business well and fast,is an important issue which Inner Mongolia branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China faced at transformation period.The paper analyses the status quo of commercial business of Inner Mongolia branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China.We take the commercial business as the main line,with the present situation of commercial business management as the breakthrough point.Then we study the general characteristics of the commercial business,product situation and conditions,etc.We also analyzes the own and external factors which restricts the development of commercial business of Inner Mongolia branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China.At last,we learn some advancedexperience on commercial business from foreign policy bank,combining with the own advantages of Inner Mongolia branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China.In view of the existing problems,we give some strategies and suggestions for the development of commercial business.
